Septic Tank Pumping
Routine pump-outs on the schedule your system actually needs, plus RV holding-tank service.
Pumping, inspections, repairs, design, and new installations across Skagit County, Whatcom County, and the surrounding counties. Family-owned and operated since 2010, run by Michael Yeates and his sons. We take pride in quality work and in making sure you understand your system, not just what it costs.
What we do
Because our designer is in-house and we run our own excavators, the same company can take a system from soil evaluation to design, permitting, installation, and every pump-out after that. Nothing gets lost in a handoff.
Routine pump-outs on the schedule your system actually needs, plus RV holding-tank service.
O&M inspections, troubleshooting, and the property-transfer inspections a home sale requires.
From leaks and blockages to failed components, diagnosed properly before anything gets replaced.
Full system installation for new construction and replacements, including proprietary systems.
A Washington State certified designer on staff: soil evaluation, system design, and county permitting.
Site prep, driveways, utilities, and the digging side of every septic project, on the mainland or barged to the islands.
Up-front pricing
Most septic companies make you call to find out what a pump-out costs. Ours are right here: a standard inspection is $275, a 1,000-gallon pump-out is $575, an RV pump-out is $200, and a service call is $175. Bigger jobs get a real quote before any work starts.
Certified O&M provider
Every home or business in Washington served by a septic system needs periodic inspections: every year for most system types, or every three years if the system is conventional gravity, per WAC 246-272A-0270. Counties differ in how strictly they enforce it. Here in Skagit County the same schedule is written into county code as well (SCC 12.05.160).
Inspections keep your system working properly and catch problems while they are still cheap. We are a certified O&M provider: we do the inspection, explain what we find in plain language, and file the county paperwork.
Family-owned
Tiger Tank was started by Michael Yeates as a resource for friends and family, and it still runs that way: Michael Yeates and his sons, a crew of well-trained technicians, and equipment we are honestly a little proud of.
The habit that built the business is education. From the beginning, Michael Yeates would spend an hour with people just explaining how their septic system worked. We still do free walkthroughs for new homeowners, and our techs are taught to answer questions, not dodge them.

They were very easy to book an appointment with. Professional in performing the job (I had an inspection and pump out). He explained everything he was doing and answered my questions about gardening over a septic field.

Incredible service! We’re new to septic systems (inspections/pumping/maintenance) and it’s a little intimidating, but the folks at Tiger Tank made it so easy. From the first call, Dorothy took the time to look up our septic, educate us, and provide helpful links to county rebates. She then let us know one of their folks was in the area and could stop by in the afternoon! Nate arrived and walked us through everything, provided great feedback, and several suggestions to keep our system healthy. The entire experience was smooth, but most importantly, we can rest a little easier knowing we have a solid partner moving forward!

I would highly recommend Tiger Tank for all your septic needs. Very professional and friendly.

Tiger Tank was easy to work with and very amenable to our needs. We’ve used them twice in the last two months and I recommend them for promptness, expertise, and concern. When we first used them in February their office manager immediately informed us of price, but also connected us with the county rebate system which we used and wouldn’t have known about without her urging. We unfortunately had a second necessity ( unrelated to our first service) and they tried to fix the problem over the phone with advice and pictures. Our problem turned out to be plumbing rather than septic. They were very gracious with the time and energy they put into our problem. I certainly recommend them for fast, pain free service!
