Septic Design
A Washington State certified designer on staff: soil evaluation, system design, and county permitting.
Septic design and new system installation on Friday Harbor, Orcas, Lopez, and the smaller islands.
Island septic work is its own trade, and what we do out here is design and installation: whole systems, from the soil evaluation through to the finished drainfield, on properties the mainland outfits will not take on.
We put excavators on barges all the time. Islands without ferry service get equipment barged or flown in, and a full septic system out there is a genuine logistics project. We plan it, we quote it honestly, and we show up with everything the job needs, because there is no running back to the yard.
Routine pumping and O&M inspections are not part of our island schedule. Getting a pump truck onto a ferry costs more than the service is worth to you, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Call us anyway if that is what you need: we will tell you honestly whether we can help or point you toward someone closer.
Island and remote work is quoted per job rather than from the standard price list, for obvious reasons: the water is in the middle.
These are the services we bring to the islands. Island projects are quoted per job rather than from our published price list.

Full system installation for new construction and replacements, including proprietary systems.
Site prep, driveways, utilities, and the digging side of every septic project, on the mainland or barged to the islands.
