Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Tiger Tank Pumping ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through tigertankpumping.com and in the course of our septic services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, service address, and whatever details you include when you contact us through the form on this site, by phone, or by text.
- Automatically, as you browse: standard web server and security logs kept by our hosting provider, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We also read the approximate region your IP address is in for one purpose only: deciding whether to show you the cookie consent banner described below.
How We Use Your Information
- To answer your questions, quote work, and schedule and perform septic services.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet our legal, tax, and permitting obligations.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as long as the law requires.
Cookies and Tracking
This website runs no analytics service and no advertising pixels. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you, and we do not follow you across other websites. Two things on the site do involve more than the page you are reading:
- Our contact form is hosted by Tank Track, the scheduling system we use to manage service requests. On the contact page it appears inside a frame served from their site, so what you type into it goes to them, and their form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block automated abuse.
- We measure which marketing brought you here. A script on our own domain records the source of your visit, such as a search ad or our Google listing, and sets cookies on this domain only. If you then call us or send the form, we may report to that advertising platform that a request came in, along with the click identifier from its own ad, so we can tell which advertising is working. That is measurement of our own marketing, not advertising aimed at you somewhere else.
If we later add an analytics service or advertising technology, it will be blocked until you opt in for visitors in California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Washington, Illinois, and Michigan, through a consent banner. At that point a "Cookie preferences" link appears in the footer of every page, so you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control, so if your browser sends that signal we treat it as an opt-out without asking you again.
How We Share Information
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business: our website host, the scheduling system that receives contact form submissions and sends service reminders, the email delivery service that carries messages to our inbox, and the phone and text messaging providers we use to reach you. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Washington Residents
Consumer health data. Washington's My Health My Data Act (chapter 19.373 RCW) regulates businesses that collect consumer health data. We do not collect, use, share, or sell consumer health data. We are a septic services company: the information we collect is contact and property information needed to quote and perform work.
Recording and interception. Washington requires the consent of all parties to intercept or record a private communication (chapter 9.73 RCW). We do not run session recording, keystroke capture, or chat interception tools on this website, and if we ever add technology that could raise that question, it stays off for Washington visitors until you opt in through the consent banner.
Washington does not currently have a general consumer data privacy statute, but we extend the choices described under "Your Choices" below to every visitor, wherever you live.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know or access the personal information we have collected about you, to have it deleted, to have inaccurate information corrected, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. As described above, we do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, so we do not respond to it. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: where your browser sends one, we treat it as an instruction to keep non-essential cookies and trackers off for that browser.
Your Choices
- Whenever the cookie banner is in use, the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer changes what you allow.
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (360) 421-1063 or using our contact form. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children's Privacy
This website is meant for adults arranging septic service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we hold from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No transmission over the internet or a mobile network can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
