Terms of Service
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tigertankpumping.com (the "Site"), operated by Tiger Tank Pumping ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it, and not to try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or the systems behind it.
Services, Pricing, and Estimates
The Site describes our septic pumping, inspection, repair, design, installation, and excavation services in general terms, for your convenience. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, quote, or guarantee.
Prices published on this Site are starting prices for typical conditions. The price for your job depends on what we find: tank size and condition, access, depth, riser and lid work, permitting, disposal fees, and county requirements. Your actual scope and price are confirmed with you directly and governed by the estimate or invoice for that work, not by the Site.
Permitting and County Requirements
Septic work in Skagit County, Whatcom County, and San Juan County is regulated, and requirements change. Information on the Site about permits, inspections, or operation and maintenance obligations is general guidance and is not legal or regulatory advice. Confirm current requirements with your county health department.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout, are owned by or licensed to Tiger Tank Pumping and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.
Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to websites we do not own or control, including our financing partner and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Financing is offered by the lender, not by us, and approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components. This paragraph is about the Site itself. It does not limit any warranty we give you in writing for work we perform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiger Tank Pumping will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Site, or your inability to use it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiger Tank Pumping and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
