Incredible service! We’re new to septic systems (inspections/pumping/maintenance) and it’s a little intimidating, but the folks at Tiger Tank made it so easy. From the first call, Dorothy took the time to look up our septic, educate us, and provide helpful links to county rebates. She then let us know one of their folks was in the area and could stop by in the afternoon! Nate arrived and walked us through everything, provided great feedback, and several suggestions to keep our system healthy. Tiger Tank was easy to work with and very amenable to our needs. We’ve used them twice in the last two months and I recommend them for promptness, expertise, and concern. When we first used them in February their office manager immediately informed us of price, but also connected us with the county rebate system which we used and wouldn’t have known about without her urging. We unfortunately had a second necessity ( unrelated to our first service) and they tried to fix the problem over the phone with advice and pictures. Our problem turned out to be plumbing rather than septic. They were very gracious with the time and energy they put into our problem. I certainly recommend them for fast, pain free service!
